There is a comment that sometimes comes with the photo, “I don’t know if I could do that”.
The hesitation is in baring oneself to others, exposing ones beauty and scars together without shame of either. Life stories are like the photo, it can seem daunting to put oneself out there fully with the hope of acceptance. People, those closest to you especially, may surprise you and you may surprise them with what you have to say and the things you have accomplished and over come in your life. Your story is unique and until you share it only you know how beautiful it has been to be you. Life stories and journals are becoming a popular and personal way to leave a legacy to those you love.
